6) Automatic Bag Overturning and Reshaping Conveyor

1. Instruction

Automatic Bag Overturning and Reshaping Conveyor is used in automatic packing line for overturning the standing bags to lay on the belt conveyor and then reshaping the irregular bags to make them flat that suitable for next processing such as weight re-checking, stacking, etc.

Generally, the Automatic Bag Overturning and Reshaping Conveyor consists of belt conveyor, automatic bag overturning device and automatic bag reshaping device. According to the packing production spot, there could be some different structures. As to a linear type layout, generally, the bag overturning device and reshaping device are same machine. As to the vertical cross type layout, it’s better to adopt automatic pneumatic type bag pushing system to push the bags fall on the vertical conveyor that for bags reshaping.
